Holly Swan brings a passion helping others to her Real Estate career. Originally from Orange Park, Florida, Holly graduated from Florida State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She met her husband Jim (originally from Columbia, SC) while working in Public Accounting.

When Holly’s focus shifted to raising their three daughters, she stayed involved in her community by building a business and attaining a leadership role in Direct Marketing sales. Holly’s ease of working with people, coupled with her background in accounting and direct marketing, and her experience with many personal relocations have contributed to her success since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2017.

After nearly 40 years in public accounting and corporate financial management, Jim retired in 2020 and joined Holly in this venture, bringing additional financial analysis and business and contract negotiation skills to the table.

Together, Holly and Jim are a great pair. They prioritize spending time with family, especially their three grown daughters and spoiled animals, as well as traveling, boating on Lake Murray and visiting the South Carolina Coast.

Holly hosted a website virtual showing of our home, and we agreed to limited in-person visits for a select few potential buyers. Holly kept us informed about all that was going on as interest developed in our home, as we accepted one of the contracts offered, and the buyers went through a protracted process of selling their own home. Holly’s attention to detail and assistance helped us deal with the stress associated with all these events as the COVID pandemic escalated. I highly recommend Holly! We worked with Holly for almost a year, from out of town, trying to find a home on Lake Murray that we loved, in the "sellers market" (late Summer 2021- Spring 2022). Holly is a very hard worker, caring person and very knowledgeable about the Lake Murray market. We must have looked at 20 or so listings in person or via FaceTime showing (and many more than that, if counting those we didn't see via an actual showing but considered and discussed first). Holly and her husband Jim were a pleasure to work with and were hugely helpful (and patient! :) as we looked at homes via FaceTime showings and they answered our many questions, took measurements, and provided their opinions of the condition of the property, the asking price, location, etc. They even drove by some of the homes we were considering, to check out the surrounding and/or send us a video!
