About Us
Holly Swan began her Real Estate career in 2017. She thrives on personal connections and embraces technology, training and personal growth, which made Real Estate a perfect career match for her. She helps others navigate the buying, staging, selling and moving process with passion.
Holly met her husband Jim met while both were working in Public Accounting in Jacksonville, Florida in the 1990s. Together they have made three long-distance career-based moves for Jim, who after a nearly 20 year career with Deloitte & Touche (Partner in the Washington DC area) was pleased to return to his hometown of Columbia, SC to serve as the Controller for the power company. After then retiring from the corporate world in 2020, Jim joined Holly in her Real Estate career.
Together, Holly and Jim raised three daughters in the Northeast Columbia area, and now live in Chapin, SC. Both stay very involved in local volunteer activities and community service, and Holly serves on the board of her Rotary Club. They are active members of their church and enjoy boating on Lake Murray, visiting their grown daughters and the South Carolina coast, music, travel, classic cars and fitness. They also dote far too much on their Goldendoodle puppy “Josie” and two spoiled cats.
